Every woman is different. Our minds are authentic, our bodies are unique.

Not every woman experiences menopause in the same way or on the same schedule. There is no recipe to combat these unpleasant occurrences. In fitness I believe having an advocate that will listen and accommodate based off unique experiences is key.

In a 60 minute session you will train to combat fat distribution, muscle weakness and negative body image. I will become your advocate with planning when and how your workouts occur to facilitate hormonal changes and enhance your quality of life. We will work together on the mental aspects of a changing body. I will incorporate positive reframing and genuine motivation to each session.

Each 60 minute session is $85
